ELECTRICAL PERMIT:
In order to obtain an electrical permit you must present a current town of Rehobeth business license and a current state of Alabama electrical license.  An electrical permit must be purchased for each construction job.  Cost of permit is $35.00.  If permit is not purchaed BEFORE electrical work begins the cost will be DOUBLE.

PLUMBING PERMIT:
In order to obtain a plumbing permit you must present a current town of Rehobeth business license and a current state of Alabama plumbing license.  A plumbing permit must be purchased for each construction job.  Cost of permit is $35.00.  If permit is not purchased BEFORE plumbing work begins the cost will be DOUBLE.

HVAC PERMIT:
In order to obtain an HVAC permit you must present a current town of Rehobeth business license and a current state of Alabama HVAC license.  An HVAC permit must be purchased for each construction job.  Cost of permit is $35.00.  If permit is not purchased BEFORE HVAC work begins the cost will be DOUBLE.

CONTRACTORS:
In order to obtain a building permit you must present a current town of Rehobeth business license, a copy of your state of AL contractor’s license, a copy of your building plans, a copy of the deed, and a copy of the perk test. We will need the emergency 911 address and you will need to fill out a subcontractors list with addresses and phone numbers.
